the idea to lift things into space is a NASA engineer idea from 1975 under mxer tether you can find more in google about it.
i am a german developer of a spaceblimp and you can find a forum and more info under "nwgg dot de" in the internet.this game is part of my homepage with the target to build cheap and safe spacecraft. spaceblimp5 reached 118533 ft! (36 km, 22.45 miles) only rockets can fly higher
