i didnt had the chance to test half-life 1,i was playing starcraft. =D
we keep it low poly as we will have many features that will consume your pc.

indeed,we have in mind the idea of suspensions and individual client/server process to prevent huge lag with dynamic suspensions
i bet you will try to jump mountains with that xD
