This mod is a Tournament TC who mixes elements from Unreal/UT series and Quake Games for the most part and creates a sort of hybrid between the two
Does this mod have bots?
It does but they aren't great, as far as I have played it, the UT99 mod is far better than this one.
To tell you this mod feels a lot like it's unfinished while the UT99 one felt very complete.
To be fair it was unfinished, but it was a beta release, it was an extraordinary project to work on that took an immense amount of work to get it where it was, it was a pleasure to work on, but by the time we released the beta Unreal tournament had outlived its shelf life, I did think about getting a small dev team together to finnish it, as the release was always meant to be just a base to work from, we want the mod to be a fan based evolution where they helped shape the mod away from its TF base.
it's kinda sad that it's unfinished, I hope a new uf mod is released some day because the original uf was awesome and even if I don't like uf evolution I can't see the value in some of the changes and improvements.

Also out of interest we had a few people using UNFE who joined the UNFE team after Weapons factory mod ceased to exist to create weapons factory, which never saw the light but still exists within UNFE.
Yes it was hard to leave the project behind after spending so much time working on it, some of the team went off to work for developers and real life crept in for people like myself. We had a lot of problems getting key skill people to fix things like character model animations, and it just needed a bit of fine tuning with code.
To be fair if we had another six months on it we would have gotten something out that was complete enough for people to play and enjoy as a stable game, it took a long time to get it where it was.
As I said in previous post, it was intentional that it was going to be a base game of Team Fortress and later on we were going to ask people what they would like to see changed and even had some prototype stuff made like sticky bombs for the sniper and lazer bombs for engineer, but time was up for UT2004 and time was up for the project as the player base wasn't there anymore.
If anyone was interested in doing something with it I still have all the raw files, the main fixes was with the spy and engineer turret, we also had more game modes in like hunted which we was going to release maps for later on.
