Not quite finished yet, but almost. Its taken me a while to finish this one due to many bugs and mistakes. Also, the blue streaks will for the most part be gone once we finish.

well eldarion did a very good job on this. I Can hardly recognize it was once novus apart from the background which will annoyingly go :).
Why is the command center a tech strcuture?
