Damn! I just wanted to read your postmortem but it contains spoilers ;( . Have to play through it first...
It's a step-by-step account of how I designed and built Union. You may find some parts that are spoiler-free, but generally each part of the game is tailored to be experienced in a certain way. I just think reading about it before-hand would detract from that.
