1. DESCRIPTION

This mod increases the hardcoded ATTRIBUTES and SKILLS, level caps from 100 to 200 for all actors in game including the player.
The following hardcoded formulas have been modified to make use of attributes and skills up to level 200:
- WEAPON DAMAGE
- HAND TO HAND DAMAGE
- MAGICKA COST
So the Blade, Blunt, Hand to Hand, Athletics, Acrobatics, Marksman Illusion, Conjuration,Mysticism, Alteration, Destruction, Restoration benefit from the uncapped values.

2. REQUIREMENTS
================
Oblivion version 1.2.0416 is required.
Oblivion Script Extender ( Obse.silverlock.org ) version 0012 or above.

3. INSTALLING
==============
Copy OBSE_Elys_Uncapper.dll to your "\DATA\OBSE\Plugins\"
( by default "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\" )
admin note:
You have to make a new folder in data file named OBSE and then a file inside of that named Plugins.

4. UNINSTALLING

Remove OBSE_Elys_Uncapper.dll from your "\DATA\OBSE\Plugins\"
( by default "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\" )

5. BACKUP

As a surviving gold rule, always backup all your save games before trying a new mod. Better safe than sorry. It applies to this mod as well.

6. CONFLICTS / KNOWN ERRORS

The only conflicting mods I can think about, are mods that have been designed to alterate or expand how the character levels up with workaround scripts to the hardcoded level 100 caps.
