Underhell is a Source Engine game developed by the Underhell Team in collaboration with We Create Stuff. Underhell Chapter 1 requires ONLY Source SDK Base 2007 installed. No Source game is required.

Those flying robot things look like those hovering things in Prototype that go off when you get too close to them.
These are Sikorsky Cypher UAV. This type of UAV is a real life thing. Yes, it made appearance in Prototype, also, I believe, in Metal Gear Solid 2 and the are in Underhell as well, it seems.
