Armand Isard was the head of Republic Intelligence. Ability wise he is able to remove corruption, spy on the enemy worlds (probe droids are removed), and lets you recruit some special spec ops units. Isard can only be recrutied on Coruscant, Carida, Anaxes.
Krennic was part of the Republics weapon design and Engineering program where he helped to develop and advance various new weapons for the Republic army; he also retained the cermonial rank of Commander. Thanks to his teams efforts, the Republic was able to bring back the Decimator war machine, and develop various other new weapons and upgrades to existing republic tanks and ships. Krennic might be added to GC where he will let you build a few special units like the Decimator, and some other prototype untis. He can only be recruited on Coruscant, Planetune, Rz7, Yaga minor.
