Features:
- Stats upgrades to assign on levelup set to 8.
- Stats upgrades are selected automatically when popup dialog opens to save time.
- Perks points are disabled.
- Perks are always unlocked and free to select from level 1.
- Added quick perks selection button that add perks defined in config file to brother.

I have yet to try the mod, but I got a few questions:
1) Is it possible to disable the automatically point allocation? It can be helpful to click it yourself if for no other reason, then to have a better idea of how fast character grows.
2) when you say the perks is diabled, do you mean there is an ulimited selection perks?? that is something I have wanted for some time :p
1)Yes. In gmod.js file move line 218:
self.increaseLevelUpStatValue(_value.Button);
to line 214 right between the brackets.
2)Yes. You can select any perk you want right from lvl one.
