- Fixed SSD population cap not working on GC map.
- MC80 power to shield ability cooldown time increased from 40 to 55.
- Added turbolasers markers to Rattatak ground map (previously vanilla) and modified some scenery props placements.

- Adjusted the music events file.
- Fixed a bug where the Consortium could not engage independent faction units, but Indie faction could engage Cons units.

- Advance to tech 4 now costs 20000 credits and takes 540 seconds to build (Previously 6000/200)
- Advance to tech 5 now costs 40000 credits and takes 660 seconds to build (Previously 8000/200)
