This is the old Ultimate mod for Victoria II Heart of Darkness, not simply Victoria II or Victoria II A house Divided and I'm not the Creator, as you know the Creator wanted money for his mod and after that the mod was deleted from this site but now I want to reupload it and you can download it for free! The mod's version is 0.45.1 (the newest one)+World War 1 scenario+the hotfix for WW1.
