good job! I remember advanced space crusade, when the scouts greatest weapon was the heavy bolter. They are genetically modified space marines and should be carrying more than sniper rifles :)

Lord Doofus, I'm working on fixing the color bleed on the Baneblade turrets/demolisher cannon and the SM Machine cult Thunderhawk when a Chaos player is in game, plus Gambit got the Daemons' Possessed Marines and Obliterators fixed for Daemons 0.95, I think that should be added to UA 1.71 as well.

Scouts with plasma cannons? Is that fluff friendly? I know of scouts on bikes with heavy bolters designed for eliminating synapse creatures ahead of the main marine advance, but the cannon may be a tad much.
Also, they don't yet have the subdermal carapace implanted in order to interface with power armour. The above kinda misses the point of scouts...

you're giving scouts plasma cannons? why? thats like arming a teddy bear with a missile launcher. the gun itself is worth more. the scout will take like 3 lasgun shots n fall over dead n there went like 30 req for the scout n 45 req n 20 power for the gun lol

which pretty much goes out the window when theres a titan walking towards you :)

If the imperial guard and gangs in necromunda can carry heavy weapons then superhumans with augmented strength don't need power armour to carry them.
