UIP 2.1 requires Ballistic Weapons Definitive Edition V1.4 or higher! It's not necessary to include it in mutators if you don't want to play BW, UIP just uses its files.
What does the mod give?
- Added 14 tanks
- Added 2 cars
- Added 2 helicopters
- Added 1 maps
- Improved overall quality
- All equipment with high polygons up to 20k using static mesh, not skeleton mesh.
- High-quality effects that also use dynamic light.
- It supports the network by 80%.
If you make maps?
- Set the surface type for all textures, because the sound and impact effect depends on the surface:
- EST_Default, 0
- EST_Concrete 1
- EST_Dirt, 2
- EST_Metal, 3
- EST_Wood, 4
- EST_Water 9

- Set these parameters in UT20004.ini (Online play may differ from single-player)

Minimum system requirements:
- Processor: any single-core or more with a frequency of 2.8Hz+ (one core is required for the game and the higher its performance, the greater the FPS will be)
- RAM: 3gb or more
- Video: 256mb or more

I am sorry, but what to do if i have unpacked everything and i've got only helicopters, BE and ballistic vehicles mutators are not working, how can i actualy fix it?

So sorry to here you won't be continuing with this. As someone who loves the tank maps on the Omnipotents server I was looking forward to trying your work. Maybe consider working with the new unreal engine to make a new game. I find the market lacking in quality tank games. World of Tanks is the only one I enjoy but it is actually too much like a simulator for me.
Is v2.0 playable? I don't read Russian.

At the moment, I have suspended work on the mod, I can give all the work if anyone wants to do it.
The problem is that I ran into a limitation of the engine that can not be circumvented, Yes, what I conceived is incredibly good, everything looks perfect for 2004, but brakes terribly even for modern computers.
In addition, I can give the entire Assembly of my global mod, you can do what you want with it, but I do not have the desire yet there are no sources.
Developments and graphic component is really impressive, it's nostalgia of the times. If there were engine sources, I would have done more!
I'm not throwing a mod, there's just no way to move on.
