Description
Taken from our unit-testing map, here we have the Hive Tyrant standing next to a Tyranid Warrior.
NB: A lot of the UI elements here are earlier than our current version of the mod, so don't read too much into them.
Its finally ingame! :D
I like how the DE part of the taskbar from the last three screenshots got a makeover; fits in perfectly. So are biomorphs going to work like addons (as seen in FOK), abilities or weapon uprades? I also like how the UI representation for influence got a makeover, but what's the pink box meant to be?
I did say not to read too much into the UI. :P
Non-weapon biomorphs are researches, weapon biomorphs for the most part are like standard weapons upgrades. Unfortunately the HT has to work a little differently because of the way weapon-upgrades work, so they're on-Tyrant researches that are specific to that Tyrant.
*facepalms* well that explains the UI.
Ah okay, I understand how they work now. I look forward to trying the Hive Tyrant out :)

Perhaps you can zoom in a bit on the Hive Tyrant though? I'm not too certain at what I'm really looking at from this angle.
Have a look at the HD view - it's a lot easier to make out.
I liked the fiecer one with two giant machettes on the box cover to the table top game!
