All I see that is different is a few new structures and that Dam. Other then that I don't see much but then again I don't really see well.

If I could, I would send you back in time, buy Westwood and make you the lead designers of Tiberian Sun. Seeing even the cities of Firestorm, I don't want to know just how much work you had to put in to make this.
