Nod, GDI, Globotec? I really like the second one (Cyclops?) The first one makes think a bit of a dragons nostrils. And the third one ... One of the hive bosses from destiny, the Knight maybe
I like them, especially the Nod one, but I'm not a fan of the GDI one, it looks a little odd. Maybe if it had a blocky cabin, sort of like what's on the Mammoth or Behemoth, it'd look better?
Gdi's cabin is in the back you have engine on the front.

GDI: the Maglev Locomotive, nicknamed "Spark Plug" by GDI personnel
Globotech: the Civilian Operated Armored Locomotive, or C.O.A.L. for short.
Looks Realy awesome almost looks like nod has an nuclear engine, GDI an fusion engine and globotech some sort of unmanned drone train :)

For some reason GDI's train looks like a big gun. Imagine if in a mission to shutdown gdi train operations the trains all come into a tunnel and come out combined into a mammoth express as a twist to nod's venom superwalker
