This mod is probably one of the silliest and simplest mods ever. In theory, it does not unbalance the game in any way. In practice, however, making the game run three times as fast means that the game runs faster than most people can play. Sadly, the AI does not run three times as fast. This mod utilises the Generals Mod Manager. I would not call this my best mod, but if you like "Everything is Fast and Free"s, then you will like this mod. If you like having time to think, go somewhere else to play your games.
