This mod will add new units to your supreme commander Forged Alliance game. This mod can be played in both single player and multiplayer. All my units will have Sorian AI support.

So, here is a T4 Uef Gunship, still work in progress.

That's no gunship, it's a flying battleship!
that would be cool if its could land in water and those guns fliped and doubled as anti aircraft cannons and when it hit the water it did belly flow damage crushing smaller ships.
In my opinion, this is a Gunship, only with Battleship class level weaponry( and if I'm correct, HP ;) For AA i recommend to instead using cannons, install some High-Velocity AA missiles( like the BlackOps Uleashed mod's Disruptor does, only with a better rate of fire.) For ground its seems like it have 4 3-barrelled Gauss cannons, and if the picture is accurate, the ship in the middle bottom have a huge plasma-cannon( like the Tower Boss)
And when this little air menace are done, I bet on it to it trashes the Cybran Soulripper gunship singlehandely. This is why I like the UEF ;) Big, Strong, Epic ( And of course expensive and slow to build) weapons with tons of Health, and they will send back all punishment with interest..

UEF the best, but the Cybran Avalanche is really badass, it wiped my firebase below 20 seconds XD
Its like a Flying Fatboy in armaments ;) I'll name it "Mighty Eagle" - after the Angry Birds's superweapon ;)
2 things.
1st: could you please make a size comparison between the gunship and a soulripper, dunno how big it is^^
and 2nd: only a thought of mine, you could add a rail gun or mass driver to the nose, would perfectly fit
im thinkin a railgun that spans the length of the ship. not hanging, but inside the ship. a nose turret would be cool too.
well that was exactly my thought, but on the nose should be the mouth of the cannon^^
exactly. i was thinking maybe the cannon could drop down from the body at an angle. long range air to ground sniper cannon. that way itd be more like its a flying cannon instead of a ship with a big gun
well i would prefer a ship with a big gun, this drop down thing is not my type^^
whats the point if it cant fire at ground? the angle would be the only way to make the big cannon very useful. yeah firing at enemy air xps but is it possible to make the cannon target only air xps? hmmm that would be an interesting type of unit. its air to ground firepower stands equal to the air to air firepower, ground, lotso little guns, air, one big fat motha fukka that not only protects it from air xps, but makes it feared by them.
do you need a name suggestion for this one too burnie? i would like to give some examples: Eclipse, Stormlord or Amaterasu

Eclipse is already taken by the T1 cybran advanced gunship. Some names for it : capella, downforce, uranos ( god of the sky) AC-XT( an extreme version of the ac130)
Stormlord sounds cool. My suggestions are the following: Athena, Sparta(xD), Lermix(Idk?), Harbinger(might be in use already), Valkyrion and thats it.

Yay! But personally it looks for me more like a heavy fighter than a gunship. But looking at it I'm sure that it will be tough and deadly. :D

How about to call it "Twardy"? It means "Tough" or "Hard" in polish. It would be original and adequate name for this beast. :D
im curious as to how you see this as a fighter. a fighter is fast, small, hard to hit and agile but weak and with only one firing direction, as where a gunship is slow but heavily armed and armored with strafing as its main ability and with the ability to fire in multiple directions. this doesnt look very small in comparison to other things in supcom. i mean out in space where battle cruisers and frigates can span the length of the biggest map size, yeah, but this aint out in space.

If the T1 Gunship is named "Imperion" it will be named as "Caesar", cause its an emperor/caesar of the gunships ;) I hope it will com with decent AA capabilities...
Maybe add some vertical multi-function Air-to-Air/ Air-to-Ground incendiary missile launching silos in those panels behind and diagonal from the single top mounted turret? Looks awesome either way!
this is nice very nice indeed but what if their was no anti air instead he used the main guns
ive brought the idea of some ground weapons firing at air up a few times but nobody else seems to like it. the idea stands the most prominent with the pride and perses.
I thought about its name, and "Skyfall" would be the best.
