Known Bugs : Jedi Knight is a very old game that doesn't work well or at all with modern systems, so a lot of weird bugs might occur. In order to minimize a lot of the bugs in TODOA 2, make sure that you're not running other mods at the same time. TODOA 2 - Enhanced Edition has savegames disabled, since it's meant to be played through in one sitting (and it won't take longer than two minutes anyhow). So if you try to save and load the game with this mod, it's likely that JK will crash.
