Enpremi, has made a great collection of armors and weapons for Dale faction in Rise of Mordor mod , and Mr.Jox and Enpremi both allowed TLD Overhaul team to use their weapons and armors!!! I'm so grateful to them, and you guys should be too :D
Here are their weapons, I imported them to M&B and you'll see them in TLD Overhaul's next update !! I personally can't wait to play them...

No , Dwarven stuff are mostly made by ourselves
I'm sure if the LOD meshes are done well the performance shouldn't be impacted too greatly. Still probably be iffy on a potato though.
I made lods almost for all meshes that we brought in the mod, but still some of them are quite problematic...
