Population is critical, yellow zones are unpopulated. no one can live there. So the final war has begon. a war between man and the world. Even though it might be the final war, it is not the end. because every end -- --has a birth. Tiberium wars - Birth is set between the end of kanes wrath and the beginning of C&C4. This mod will introduce complete new enemy's. and it will have single player and multiplayer
