Since the 1.7 release two weeks ago was basicly a test version with a bit of stuff unfinished, its time for another update - TWA 1.71.
Most notable is, of course, the finished translation (thanks again to Golan for his help) - if you still find any cases where there is a wrong or missing text, please report them in the comment section for TWA.
-changed Devastator Warship damage type from SIEGE to GRENADE
-removed Reaper aircraft
-moved Archons to Mutant Hovel and gave them a different texture
-changed Spore Pod back to their old settings - they dont generate money anymore and have no buildlimit
-removed the "Freezy Ray" abillity from Eraser
-Mastodons can't be build from a normal war factory anymore
-added death model for the Sandstorm MLRS
-renamed JumpJet Trooper to Rocketeer and added some basic flight animations
-removed composite armor upgrade from Pilots & Rocketeers
-removed "Jump" abillity from Sandstorm MLRS
-added damage stages and build animation for the Advanced Power Plant
-Advanced Power Plant are now affected by Nods "Laser Fence" upgrade
-renamed the "Redeemer" upgrade for the Avatar to "Avenger" and fixed a texture bug
-removed the "Quad Turrets" upgrade
-new icons for: Scrin Air Support Tower, GDI Mastodon & Rocketeer, Nod Advanced Power Plant, Scavenger Bus
-removed a part of code that forced aircraft to return to their airfields after being idle for a while
-removed a couple of redudant units from the Mutant Hovel
-a couple of small balance changes
-added some new effects
-changed bullet tracer for Hammerhead, Slingshot, Scavenger Bus & Redeemer
-the Scavenger Bus can crush infantry and clear mines now (similiar to a Reckoner with DozerBlades)
-edited GDI Rocketeers, Nod Fanatics & Scrin Archons:
-all three are now addvaible trough the Mutant Hovel
-each of the 3 units can only be build by their own faction
The "Absorb Infantry" ability might not work correctly on infantry squads that are taking cover near buildings.
However, while the infantry might become unselectable it can still be killed and the epic unit gets the weapon as it is supposted to.

Please keep in mind that 1.71 was designed as a bug fix for 1.7 - it is not intended to add anything new but rather finish the translation and polish 1.7.
Most of the reported bugs have been fixed, but some things needed to be disabled (the "Quad Turret" upgrade comes to mind) because the problems were far bigger than expected and solving them would have delayed 1.71 for quite some time.
This does not mean that there won't be another version of TWA - there is still a lot of ideas & suggestions for later further updates, but... well, how did Einstein put it? "Time will tell, sooner or later... time will tell..."
