maybe like the yuri heads in yr campaign. lol.
It's CABAL barracks, without it, you can't train CABAL infantry units. You don't need to have CABAL Tech Lab to produce infantry units, but Tech Lab is required to build the barracks. ;-D Complicated, isn't it? ^^
