Tiberium Secrets was a C&C3; mod that was developed from 2011-2020. Our vision was to create a future for the Command & Conquer universe. We had 3 new factions planned, and managed to release 1/3 of our planned content. We scoped too big, and unfortunately needed to cancel the other 2 new factions. These included novel mechanics, lore, and IP. etc. Development has been sign sealed, and delivered. All that is required to play the ASI is a working copy of C&C3;: Tiberiumn Wars. All of the content is FREE! Of Charge. Explore to your hearts content! Love it or hate it, all things must end, so new things can grow.

How do you guys see it with ASI infantry? If the gameplay concept will stay the same as vanilla factions are, then:
Basic light infantry (militant,riflemen,buzzer*)
Light ranged AA/anti-armor infantry (rocket squad,missiles squad, disintegrator/shock trooper)
Heavy infantry/garrison clearing capability (grenadier,black hand**,buzzer*)
Specialized light infantry (Shadows,Snipers,--scrin--/Pacifiers in TE)
Advanced heavy infantry (Requires T3 Tech structure type - Zone trooper, Black hand**,--scrin--/Stalwart in TE
Commando
other (Engineer,Sabouter,Assimilator,Fanatic***)

* multirole unit,Scrin lacks heavy infantry,combine vehicle with buzzer ability is pathetic try to fullfil role of Scrin heavy infantry,light infantry that does the work of heavy first line infantry is somehow non-conform to say the least. lower tier light Scrin infantry shall end up being neglected in mid/late game.

**both equal of grenadier and zone trooper, advanced and other heavy infantry roles are fullfiled in TE by cyborgs

****Light to heavy suicidal infantry with anti-armor but no AA

Lets say all ASI infantry are actually humanoids.Conscripters with different weapons.
Heavy and advanced infantry would or could be fully robotic humanoids.

So the answer would be :ASI infantry concept is:
1.)Standart (humankind factions)
2.)Non-conform,Scrin like
3.)Other,mixture of standart and non-conform,different
Answer number 1 requires no disscusion, number 2 medium disscusion, number 3 essays.

It's unfortunate to see this hasn't been answered until now.

Anyways, we're looking at:

T1 Anti-Infantry
T1 Anti-Vehicle / Air [ * ]
T1 Field Support [# 2]
T2 Anti-Air [ * ]
T2 Anti-Infantry / Structure
T3 Anti-Heavy [# 3]
T3 Commando [# 3]

Currently, as you can see, some will require short essays as they stand [ <.< ...and jump >.> ].

We may showcase current development notes to the community for everyone to see what we have in the works; and thus make it easier for the community to ascertain what aspects could use conceptual development assistance. [Note: That would be a HUGE spoiler, so the possibility of doing such is up in the air at the moment. We might set up a poll in the near future to gauge interest in revealing such.]

The two units marked with an "[ * ]" need to most help at this time however, as only one idea has been brought up regarding them.

First I want to say that 80 characters capacity is destroying me. It is in my nature to be incorrigible chatterbox after all. :D
So this will be in like 6 essay columns.

Ahh,damn my inquisitive and obtrusive nature.Together with being detailist and perfectionist.
My questions always brings just more questions.
I also tend to do problems and ruckus with multithread twaddle. So I first planned to write some of following in comments section.
For I have questions pertaining of both past and present, as well as of future. Questions expletive as well as very important.
Atleast to me.

1.) Is SilentNomad still member of TiSe? I would think that Project coordinator/PR position is swapping somehow often.

2.) Can we see screenshots with Athor in action? Some combination with Owl gunship would be extremely cool.
Or formation of Ammit/Athor or Athor/Crow.
Not to mention screenshots with Athors assisted by Manta hovercraft is it? or Pharohound artilery. xd

3.) What is Eyebot? Only stealth detector, air melee unit? Supportive ability? Weaponless? Or air suicide drone type unit?
Colers have one in mind on forum.
Not to mention my idea. Though the ASI air force is already plentiful and mighty. Owl,Eyebot,Manta and Helicopter.

4.) So concept of ASI infantry looks pretty standart to non-conform. The best answer I would think of them.
Ok, no more questions about ASI infantry for now. Their concept and your plans with them are still underway.
Only that if ASI will have standard Missile/Rocket squad equal and T2 AA infantry,
together with (I presume) T1 Hunter light mech walker vehicle with good anti-infantry and AA and stealth detectors
together with lots of aircraft, wouldnt that make them OP in AA capabilities?
If theres a faction which has a monopol on AA, then its Nod,imho.
I am so interested in ASI infantry,because I want to know how they will fit together with vehicles and air units.
All the roles will be fullfiled,they will supplement each other,become one unite army, not even one of them must be missing
or redundant.

5.) Standard concept for- Will ASI have 1 infantry and 1 vehicle with (passive) clear garrison ability?
Will ASI have 1 vehicle and 1 air unit with (passive) stealth detection?

6.) I wonder if the one who locked so many forum threads were Jist or Golanx, hmm if not Umbrella xd
Meh, he/they did the right thing. Theres already more then enough of dissaray in it,I would say.
And I am doing another one hell of mighty dissaray right now..
Absolute most of them are dead since 2012. But it seems that mod is starting again in full regalia.
But I want to help Colers revive forums.

7.) Ahh,so aside from that new ASI /name/ helicopter,that other unit is called Manta.
That answers my question, but it will confuse me with TE Scrin Manta MBT nicely. xd
So question is: What would be name of ASI "helicopter?

SilentNomad is no longer a part of this project's production. Currently the PC/PR position is filled by myself and Jist.

We'll get on that. However some of the FX aren't up to par; it may take a bit more time.

At the time of initial release the EyeBot will likely take on the role of repair. It may even remain tied to the production structures. However, if we get more support in the coding department the current intent is for it to be an early-game repair unit, the the addition of a suicide attack mid-game.

I wouldn't call posting in an organized fashion to a thread dedicated to the content of such a post "disarray". I'll be tackling forum organization as time permits, gotta balance it with school, works, and other aspects of life as time permits of course.

Currently its name is the "Ibis", but we're shuffling its means to be implemented around a bit. Not sure what will become of it in the end.

The epic is titled the "Osiris".
It will possess a complement of ground and air based drones to sick on your fleshy little foes and their silly toys. As for primary armament(s) and other abilities, those have yet to be determined.

wait, is this confirming that there will be epic units? and that they are actually fairly early in priority? though i do need to say, i find a train not really as imposing as, say, a big robot like Nods in the expansion. but hey, if it can tear up any unprotected base in small time and requires 5 mammoths to counter, i believe we can refer to "if it looks dumb, but works, then it en't dumb"
