This modification offers an alternative gameplay to Tiberian Wars involving many Tiberian Sun units which many CnC fans (like me) missing in vanilla CNC3 and add even new my made units which you can't find anywhere else. Story is quite the same like Tiberian Wars, but is all about what if GDI and Nod do not abandon technologies they have used in Tiberian Sun era and instead of that further developed them. But it's not only that, there are many visual, sound and balance changes which I want to see and hear in my mod, new sounds, new music, new effects (like blood and gore, new infantry deaths, new more realistic missile trails) and many more.
New heavy armored APC. Quad cannon in turret suits better Apc´s anti-aircraft purpose and increases attack bonus vs Aircraft.

in the cnc retarded mod im sure they managed to get two squads in, and i do recall some smaller mod titled super APC i think, where they claimed to have something like 6 squads in an APC
Retarded really managed to do that? I have to try out last version then. Super Apc mod managed to add 6 squads in to one apc yes, but only one (the last one) can disembark after that, and that is problem which i don´t want in my mod.
the Reckoner could hold 2 evan though the squads did not fire out of it. how would you work out how to do the same thing is beyond me. i draw war stuff.
In one of the missions GDI apcs could hold like 4 groups of soldiers all could fire out too i know cuz sometimes i mess around and capture all the buildings just to see if i can :) anwyays i captured a war factory once where you are nod and its in one of the first few levels cannot remmeber exactly..
Yes I just saw it too. It's Andrews Air Force Base, USA. Just capture the only one Warfactroy and build a APC... But it has bugs.
Reconer is KW stuff, EA enhanced code of KW engine to achieve that.
Andrews Air Base and Apc with more slots - well that is interesting bug, i have to check it out.
to fit two squads in the retarded mod had to remove the apc mine ability, so the 4 abilities were call for transport, drop off, and evacuate squad A and squad B. This was cool when using retardeds engineers as they had repair drones, alongside another tsquad, self repairing apc with extra firepower! Have you thought about adding repair drones to the engineers?

I never use the mines anyways anything that has anti steath capabilitys could find them and infantry always managed to take them all out with only one squad -.- Air dropping was the only way to go :(

I think I love this APC... The AA-bonus is a really usefull thing! That and the armor+ makes really sence as imo the GDI has no well AA units and the current APC gets too quick killed. Great job Carnius. Go on.

Good question. Actually im about to remove this ability, because i seriously dont like GDI using mines. Mines is nasty things which can cripple innocent people long time after war is over. That is not GDI way, but Nod way.
what about emp mines which would only affect vehicles and leave infantry untouched. sound's more GDI what do you think. it would be good to use at front of bases.

Referring back to the problem of carrying more than one infantry squad, would it be possible to have SAGE treat the apc as a garrisonable building? and just evac all the squads at once? i don't know if this will work (i'm not a modder) but it seems like something an EA game engine would allow. (a moveable garrisonable building? hmmmmm... maybe in the works if this works...)

Could use additional armor and squad slot.
Two squads are enough since I found missile squads and grenadiers handy in most situations.

I like the new model, previous one was rather weak and couldn't survive more than 6 direct rocket hits... :)
