Tiberian Sun Rising is a total conversion for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars! Tiberian Sun Rising brings back GDI and Nod battling it out during the Second Tiberium War, retelling Tiberian Sun as never before. This isn't just a remake of the hit title C&C Tiberian Sun. It is a mod making Tiberian Sun as it should have been originally so expecting lots of new fun and originality while sticking to the feel Tiberian Sun had. Taking the mindset that this is the first time Tiberian Sun is being made and using the original game as a design concept. This mod will also include the additions made in Firestorm so it is a remake of Tiberian Sun and Firestorm as one to what they should have been.New abilities and units will appear in Tiberian Sun Rising as well as new kind of gameplay altogether.

A tiberian sloth would be awesome.
Doesn't move a lot, but wake it up and all hell breaks loose.

That's exactly what we were going for, didnt want it looking like a Tiberium Dog and wanted it more looking like "What did this mutant from?" as Tiberium Mutations are pretty freaky they shouldnt be so predictable.

Well when you consider things like the Visceroid *blob of protoplasm from extreme Tiberium Exposure, or the Tiberium Floater one of the more evolved Tiberium Lifeforms. The Fiend really needed to be pretty freaky and I think it came together very nicely.

The Forgotten, retain mostly human features because they are low-level mutations. Long-periods of low level Tiberium exposure is what has lead to their current fate. Small amounts of Tiberium crystals starts growing on their body's but because they are still mostly human this is slowly killing them the Forgotten do not live long lives. High exposure levels if your lucky kills you if your unlucky you mutate into a Visceroid.

You sure know how to paint a pretty picture for a prognosis on Tiberium Exposure. I am glad you are not my doctor! lol ;)

So will the Tiberium Fiend fire shards from its back, or will it throw them up at its targets?

It has a muscle on its Forehead piece with the Crystals growing out of it, which launch's the crystals. This Gland/Muscle will launch crystals forward at intended target's.

Launching the crystals form the back with any accuracy whatsoever just wasn't going to work and ultimately doesn't change creatures function, so this Fiend brings a little more realism to an unreal creature.

Description

Concepted by one of our newest members, Joshua Wright here at Tiberian Sun Rising. The goal was to create a Tiberium Fiend that truly looked like a tiberium mutation emphasis on a more unique look and this was the result.
