Tiberian Sun Rising is a total conversion for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars! Tiberian Sun Rising brings back GDI and Nod battling it out during the Second Tiberium War, retelling Tiberian Sun as never before. This isn't just a remake of the hit title C&C Tiberian Sun. It is a mod making Tiberian Sun as it should have been originally so expecting lots of new fun and originality while sticking to the feel Tiberian Sun had. Taking the mindset that this is the first time Tiberian Sun is being made and using the original game as a design concept. This mod will also include the additions made in Firestorm so it is a remake of Tiberian Sun and Firestorm as one to what they should have been.New abilities and units will appear in Tiberian Sun Rising as well as new kind of gameplay altogether.
Some of the awesome new map props that we've been getting in-game. Really lets us get the TS atmosphere right.
Very cool
Indeed...awesome work guys..simply awesome...really do appreciate the effort you guys are putting into this mod. Looking forward to play this mod soon.
Is it just me or do the wrecks seem kind of...sunken for them to be burning?
Unless one hell of a snowstorm that ended just before the pic was taken, I'm not sure if the APC could have its wheels so deep in the sand.
Unless it's either quicksand or some really deep mud.
Though the MRLS does seem a bit deep too.
Sure the rest is great but those little details just nag me.
your assuming that it still had full tires on it. Most likely after a firefight most of the tires would have been destroyed unless there full rubber/other material. as far as the mrls goes, i think its mostly an illusion given the angle of the picture. (also have to note that its not hovering any more and that most likely the force of the drop would have it dig in a bit)
Nawh he is right the MRLS is buried pretty deep in that sand.
Of course this doesn't bother me the slightest.
As far as the MRLS is concerned, you can check the other two as well and from what I see they all seem to only have a quarter or a third of them sticking out and they just seem too...neat for a crash that deep. Something of that shape won't really do much digging from hovering height anyway.
And only the tyres still being visible is exactly what I have an issue with. There seems to be no visible wheel left on the thing which, from my point of view, implies the tyres should have been thoroughly obliterated.
