Rebalanced units.

Made Ion cannon stronger, can one shot most buildings except the con yards.
Technicians replaced with sergeants, spawn tiberium. A way to produce tiberium
Tiberium is dumped instantly, RA ore style.
Tiberium grows much fasster. Dont worry, tiberium spawning is bugged in this game. Its just there to lengthen game and not have it be a bore fest with 700 creds in 5 minutes.
All defenses auto attack neutral units, like visceroids.
Visceroids spawn other visceroids when they kill infantry.
Floater replaced with tripod, unbuildable, just denies terrain for early game.
Orca Fers, Harpys strafe when attacking, no longer being useless.
Removed drop pod node. Is default satnet special. Satnet=upgrade center,
GDI upgrades removed except for super weapons. They were retarded by design.
New mammoth tank unit.
Hijacker is a GDI unit.
Titans shoot arcong projectiles, no more hitscan BS.
