I think there was more then one modeller, but regardless your right. :P
I think the modders have a lot more time than the EA ones.
EA does everything in a rush, like games that can be made in a year.

Does it suck tib into the "hand" or does it pick it up?
Technically, it breaks the Tiberium crystals off the pod into pieces, then transports it into the tanks on the back. The Pod is then destroyed as well.
