Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.

Kind of looks like an Acclamator that got sliced in the right side. Very cool idea.

Interesting concept, sounds like it would work under certain conditions well.
Looks mighty fine as well.

So what's on the side without weapons, Shield generators, engines, Tractor beams, life support, restrooms?

^^lol restrooms i would use a group of them as blockade ships set them in a line all weapons in one direction or in a circle with my flag ship in the centre

Except that it's pretty easy to turn these ships to face the other side.

Well, it's slower turning than other ships but it's not some monumental task.

and the enemy requires line of sight to hyperspace to spots as you do so having the blockade negates their ability to make their line of sight reach behind you

See in real space they could just roll over and have the guns facing any way they want. However in EaW they can only turn :( It would be so cool to see the ship "stand" on it's nose with it's guns facing the incoming enemy, and have this large ominous "tower" of weaponry, raining hellfire.

Description

Ingame screenshots of the Empire of the Hand's Nuruodo-class. Heavily armed on one side, with all utility systems on the other. This allows it to focus more firepower on a single target at any time than a frigate of comparable size and cost, however, if improperly used its lack of weaponry on the other side can present a weakness.

Design, model and skin by Corey.
