New map for Brentaal image - Empire at War Expanded: Thrawn's Revenge mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
Brentaal IV is a large metropolis on the intersections of the Hydian Way & Perlemian Trade Route. Known as a somewhat urban yet arid mining world for it's billions of inhabitants, space was a premium on the planet. This map was roughly 5 months in the making from start to finish, and was really fun to just build up. Slotting in a lot of minor things, being able to tell small stories, even sneak in a few references across the concrete jungle, were really entertaining. Probably my favourite part was building all the hangars (even if they are a pain). I quite enjoyed making it, and i'm proud for it to be in the mod for .2.

This map looks so cool, I've always loved how some of the city maps truly look like authentic futuristic cities, intertwined with the bridges to make up the playable area.
