This total transformation mod (not following Fallout lore) aims to bring to life anarchist utopias after Global meltdown. It takes place in eastern part of former Canada and United-States. The game is a bilingual (french & english) single player non-linear RPG. It can be called a radical camping simulator or a positive post-apocalyptic game. The world has been challenged by the Sum of all heavily anticipated catastrophies. Humans survived and organised themselves according to a mix of anarchistic, aboriginal, technological and nomadic ways of living, mostly driven by anarchist ideas (anti-domination, direct democracy, freedom and autonomy). In-game, "Sum" refers to the sum of all catastrophies, a cult, a currency and mispellings of words "son" and "sun". The Sum (french version : Nous Aurons) is an art project created by the french-canadian artist Hugo Nadeau (www.hugonadeau.com).

Might try this sometime in the future. I have two question's, do enemies (Raider's, Mutants, Wild Animals) respawn, and can I still wear Power Armor?
Hi and a good year to you! Ennemies respawn yess, but only in random encounters. There are some respawning merchants too there, for power gamers who want to have a steady supply of respawning goods. The power armor lore is a bit different, it is made of car parts, called Powered Carmor. And there is a "Nuclear suit" to be found in some very rare nuclear shelters on the worldmap too.
Happy New Years to you too fellow, I'm very glad to hear this as I wish to polish my character's stats as much as possible before moving on to the more difficult parts of the game as I've personally always had a bit of a difficultly curve playing crpg's.
Regardless of the "Power Armor" being different in terms of lore, it's good to know that at some point, I'll be able to find, receive or even steal a suit of what I assume to be the best form of combat protection.

Ah amazing, and I forgot to say, if you explore in the game long enough, there is also another type of powerful armour you might come across. I won't add more, it's yours to discover :P

Hi! I'm afraid this is unlikely, as the game is a complex mix of french and english. I received some requests from a guy wanting to translate the game to polish recently, but not in spanish. There is some hope for a translation though, if some modder would like to try it after the full release. You see, most of the game's dialogues are listed in a google sheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Loy4eu_CFHzxT52U5MFpGB_zRMZ7oC-mpday6dv9Tuw/edit?usp=sharing), and I know of a plugin to automatically translate each cell. It might be an interesting way to do most of the translation work.
Hi everyone. It's me, Tim (I mean, Hugo of course). And today I want to talk about : The BÊTA! Things are progressing immensely. I am not especially confident it will be out for Christmas ; crunch is good, but rushing things is not. Regardless, we are getting closer each minute! Basically a two persons' job at the moment (Benjamin J. Allard and me), I'm programming the quests as he is getting the voices ready to be integrated. I calculated that close to half of all the unique characters have a voice, and more will follow after the bêta. I chose to follow a systematic approach, so hard to tell exactly how many quests are done at this point, but all the dialogues are added already as well as the unique characters, in place with names and portraits. After that comes scripting and testing. I might call a few of you to test along with me, stay tuned!

Je ne suis pas très confiant quant à sa sortie pour Noël ; être empressé, c'est super, mais se garocher, ça non. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous nous rapprochons à chaque minute! C'est essentiellement un travail à deux pour le moment (Benjamin J. Allard et moi), je programme les quêtes pendant qu'il prépare les voix à être intégrées. J'ai calculé que près de la moitié des personnages uniques ont une voix, et d'autres suivront après la bêta. J'ai choisi de suivre une approche systématique, donc difficile de dire exactement combien de quêtes sont faites à ce stade, mais tous les dialogues sont déjà ajoutés ainsi que les personnages uniques, en place avec les noms et les portraits. Après cela, il y a les scripts et le testage. Il se peut que j'appelle quelques-uns d'entre vous à tester avec moi, restez à l'écoute!

Hi! For "flavor" reasons, but also to save on character voices, I do not plan on translating french dialogues in the future. But if someone is willing to do the work, I could be convinced to release a kind of "patch" with manual installation that would come with the game.

This will be the final preparation update before the BETA, which will include at last most if not all game's quests.
This new version fixes many bugs, more notoriously related to fleeing villagers and item's passive bonuses. It adds random encounter traders, a series of new options in "config.lua" (like no-tutorial mode, starting items, hunger mechanics) and many more things!

Cette nouvelle version corrige de nombreux bugs, notamment ceux liés à la fuite des habitant.e.s et aux bonus passifs des items. Elle ajoute des marchands dans des rencontres aléatoires, une série de nouvelles options dans "config.lua" (comme le mode sans tutoriel, des items de départ, les ajustements à la mécanique de faim) et bien d'autres choses encore!
All the characters speak French and the weapon ammos seem mixed up is this where the game is so far?

In fact, a third of the game's characters speak french, a third english and a third both. You must have been simply in french speaking communities at this point, but beleive me, there are many english speakers to find out there. The weapon ammos are not mixed up, they are just simplified (2mm, 5mm, 9mm, etc.). There might be some errors in bullet assignation here and there though, I could use a hand in finding those errors if you encounter them! Don't hesitate to report bugs in the link in the page's pinned article. This is as far as the game is yet yes, currently I am working on the beta release that will include the quests and all final locations.
I don't know if this is a bug but I fought 3 gangers one had a rifle. When I defeated them they only had pipe wrenches.
Was it inside a random encounter? Unfortunately there is an engine bug there that makes all items with tagnames duplicated in a weird way, so I removed most random encounter guns.
Nice, how complete is the mod by now?

The game is in Alpha and on its way to be released in its beta state, with all its much needed quests! All have been written and translated, but not yet scripted. Some key locations of the game are also missing (Lead & Golden arches), but I plan on creating them in the next week. I will after that jump on quest scripting to officially complete the first beta verson :D
Maybe an autosave feature (quality of life :) and more places to buy ammo and acquire it.
