Don't expect this mod be something ultra-hard like "Nightmare Mod", "Darkness Nightmare", "Lord of Necropolis" or even "Moonlight Night Panic"...

TheMitoSan's Balanced Mod™ targets being a harder scenario by modifying overall resources and small items modifications.

Also: No enemies placement / types were changed on this mod!

You maybe asking: Hey - Why not using BioRand instead?
BioRand is a great tool that allows randomizing everything on classic RE games from PS1 era.

But even if you opt for removing all ammos, gun powders and etc - It may replace them with other obligatory resources that can help you! (like TONS of Ink Ribbons!)

Also - About Ink Ribbons:

This mod also limits how often you will find Ink Ribbons!
So... Use them wisely.

DISCLAIMER: If you are a super-skilled-player™ and already beaten any of those mods cited on [Description], this mod will not present any challenge for you. This mod works best for those who are starting on classic RE3 Mods - Something like "A Plumber For All Seasons" is for SMW Kaizo Hacks.
