Hello everyone! I hope you're enjoying the latest patches to Newport. Save support and merging the parts to be a start-to-end narrative has long been overdue, but finally is achieved. And rest assured, more hotfixes are to come for the minor-minor nagging issues that remain.
I'm writing this small news post to inform all trackers that the Mod of the Year contest has launched. I am humble about this venture, and don't have any misguided reservations as to where Newport will land or how far it will go. All I will do is spread the word. The rest is for you, the fans, to decide by voting -- or not voting for us--in the bracket above on this page. I wouldn't be in the position I am now without you, and how far Worry of Newport goes in the collective future of this contest is also up for you to decide. Thanks so much for playing, reviewing, talking about and supporting our mod and seeing us to where we are now.
Dark Craft Studios happily extends its warmest thanks to you for allowing us to be where we are, to be known as a contender in the Lovecraftian modding niche, and as the launchpad for so many rising talents such as KillerTruffle, Seaglass, jason 187781 and everyone else involved in the arduous but fun development process.
We hope you are enjoying Newport, and that you keep an eye on Dark Craft Studios to see what else we're doing. We have two new mods in the pipeline, and can't wait to release them to you soon. And I have not forgotten about that promised .pdf short story prequel, it is slowly but steadily being achieved.
Until next time. You can follow us more closely at,
