This is a 20 minute long map meant for completionists with 100 items, 3 secrets, and a ton of monsters to kill. If you want a tough challenge against yourself, play on ultra-violence. If not, play on hurt me plenty. And if you want to go through an actual nightmare, play on nightmare.
