--- This mod has been renamed Wars of Liberty, please go there for future updates! --- The War of the Triple Alliance is a mod for Age of Empires III, presenting 5 new civilizations, a unique new culture, and many other new features. The mod focuses on the War its name denotes, featuring a new Latin American culture along with 4 new civilizations; The Brazilian Empire, Paraguay, Argentina and Gran Colombia. Also from the South American continent are the Tupi Native Americans as a civilization. All civilizations will have unique units, technologies, homecities, cards, leaders, AIs and buildings. All 14 original Age of Empires III nations will also be redesigned to fit the time period, including a revolution for the natives and an exclusive age 5 tech that will change the endgame. Along with these nations are many natives and maps from every continent in the world.

WoL has made some amazing progress in the last year, and there's much more yet to come! Thanks to all the great fans that got us where we are today!

In the past year, WoL has been more active than ever. The team has grown, new mods have been merged, and we have a new website full of information about the mod. We released eight patches (and three hotfixes) and a new civilization, along with tons of new maps, music, and gameplay changes. Thanks to the efforts of our great fans, we reached the Top 100 Mods in ModDB's Mod of the Year Competition and became the highest ranked Age of Empires mod in 2016!

Over the next year, we hope to add at least ten new civilizations, including the missing Delta civilizations: the Maltese, Koreans, Italians, Belgians, and Danes; as well as the Middle Eastern civilizations: the Arabs, Afghans, Persians, Uzbeks; and some civilizations that have yet to be announced. We also hope to bring even more new maps and play styles, new natives, gameplay fixes, and regular patches to keep our online gameplay balanced and difficult!

As always, we can't thank our fans enough for the support they've given us over the past nine years, and we are excited to see what you all help us achieve in 2017!

Depends on the civs. Probably for the missing Delta civs I would say. Would be harder to do the middle east civs.

Zulu and Egypt colony are on my plan, Zulu may need to work for maturing unit (youth) (AI Work for villager and shaka), Egypt may need for training caravan and controling villager (this colony is worked for ali pasha only). I've reworked Ethiopia colony (just basic only such as control villager, control Porter. Even aging up to next level - but takes too long, ...)

this game is great, but it need something to make this game completely done. During playing this game, I'm trying to fix some bug, also improve some stuff. Here is something that i have done:
1: Some Homecity card that got mistake fixed, for example: Paraguay HC Card Comunera - add bonus damage to treasure guardian for koygua, ...
2: Korean Colony reworked, now i'm thinking to make this colony used for AI (Especially aging up, Korean Wonder Building and Training Banner Fleets)
3: Danish, Belgian Colony added
4: Habsburg, Australian, Belgian, Danish, Mapuche colony now can be used for AI (for Danish colony, i'm thinking of training snapphane, control ox cart and Golden Age)
5: I'm working for making African Colony used for AI (Ethiopia colony used only, Zulu may need to work for maturing unit, Egypt may need for training caravan and controling villager
6: Swedish and Persian colony added but i'm haven't done for these colony yet. I'll work these colony in future.
7: I've added 2 bonus colony in this game, but these are my secret. If anyone want to know these colony, i'll tell to anyone about it
... (and more thing i've done)
Now i'm still working to improve some stuff, fix some bugs and Working for AI, it's a long time to make this game done...
