The seem a bit tall in my opinion. (I could be completely wrong though)
Several people have mentioned that. I will see about making them smaller.
Will they have an orc's hunched posture, or will they continue to stand up like gentlemen of Mordor?
Hunched. I'm just going to change the skeleton.
They're as high as they should be, it's only that goblins are hunched.

might be personal taste, but they seem a little too "human-skin-toned" to me, perhaps a grayer color.
Alright, I'll try. It's just difficult to make them a more grey colour without it just becoming a grey blob.
And I've never attempted an organic body before, so you'll have to bear with me..
I'll try to improve it.
Maybe make them a bit more green and gray:

yeah maybe they need to me darker and smaller, it's still an amazing aproach i love the armors and such nice job

I know there will be some improvement but they look too mannish.
I agree with the people here: Smaller, more hunched (they're used to live in caves) and a darker skin tone. The faces look sweet though!
