'The Underground' is a single player mod for half Life 2: Episode 2. It puts you into the role of Duglas Melbourne, as he ventures to a place close to him, transformed by the after math of a communist take over on his home country. But instead of finding out more about the war, he finds out more about death, and where people went in the once secret 'Undeground'.
Hey everybody! JordanFreeguy here keeping our trackers up-to-date. After trying (and failing) to find and fix what caused the first map to crash I was left with two options: Give up or remake that old map better than I ever could've before. So despite having to map with a slightly different config, I've focused on making a high quality, mod-worthy level that's still in the works. With the help of our texture-artist Croco, I've been able to get new content to implement in the maps and eventually the mod, quickly aswell and it really makes a difference. I'd also like the to thank the VERY helpful and well-known 'Jangalomph', creator of BaseMod, VFX artist of 'No More Room in Hell', and leader of the unfinished masterpiece 'Sabotage'. Jangalo gave me some helpful tips and feedback when I first started this map a couple nights ago, and this map is already so much MORE than it would've been. So that's all and thanks for reading! Wish us luck on making a successful mod, I'm sure it's in both of our hopes our hard-work and dedication will pay off.
It was 3:00 am. I thought I tried just about everything. The viewports in the Hammer editor were messed up so looked for help.

RIP. If anyone sees this, let me know if you're interested in adopting this mod story. I was young and in way over my head, but I'm a decent writer and it would be awesome to see my idea survive.
LOL :P my mod has the same name
Looking good.
Look good... When do you have begins the mod ??
Thank you, I'm working on the mapping right now but unfortunately I can't do what I was planning for now because Hammer is messed up. Looking for a fix, but I'll keep trying either way.
Tracking!!
Cool, thank you.
