Greetings adventurers of Middle-earth!
In today's blog, we'll feature the Kingdom of Rohan's troop tree.
The Rohirrim "Rohan"
The fierce might of the Rohirrim is well heard throughout Middle Earth. Staggering feats of strength throughout their armies and leadership being wielded by even the most common men truly make Rohan an inspiring faction to be in and to wield. Rohan's power is in their cavalry as many of you may know, that is where their strength truly lies, a firm cavalry charge could rear any foe and with the support of Rohirrim's warriors on the ground, they can be devastating. Despite the elves who could debate whether or not they are better on horseback, Rohan will still shine with their cavalry alongside their hardened but mediocre infantry which should be steadfast amongst the hordes as their mounted brethren pierce through them. Their infantry will still be on par with there neighbour, Gondor but slightly at odds with the ferocious Uruk and other warriors of Isengard and Mordor. With Isengard in mind, they should easily fare well against the Dunlendings who reside in that region including other stragglers. The Rohirrim's archers are quite mediocre as well, They will do what they can on the battlefield but do not rely on them alone. Their heavily armoured and bloodthirsty foes will be quite a challenge against the bowmen of Rohan both mounted and on foot so they will need some form of support before being reached by the enemy, more of skirmishers in a sense. Hopefully, with your leadership, you can lead the Rohirrim forth and counter the odds that are constantly set against them. The world of Middle Earth may be falling apart around them but nevertheless, Rohan will stand just as stubborn and strong against the darkness.
