Description
State troops form the mainstay of the Empire's armies. As well as forming a standing army, state troops serve as city guards and enforcers of all local laws. They may be armed in a variety of ways although the most common is either halberd, sword or spear.
do they get helmet to protect their head after armor upgrade?
you would want to hope so or else they will not last long in combat.
I hope they do add helmets to these models. I remember back when playing Warhammer Online, hardly any of these Empire NPCs had helmets on.

gotta looove the man-pouch down there...
I think the work that has been put into the face needs to be taken into account. It's great work. It would be interesting to get helmets with the upgrade, though.
