Mexico owns Texas NM ARIZONA CALIFORNIA UTAH NEVADA And Texas until 1848. 1842 Texas was Gone from Mex.
The point of the mod is to play any of the 50 states. Having to release some of them from Mexico would defeat the purpose of playing as one without having to release it.
