3.1 Patch for RTR 8 This patch covers recruitment issues mainly, as well as fixing most if not all bugs experienced from 3.0. To install, simply extract to the location of where your RTR folder is located and overwrite all files. MUST HAVE RTR 8 3.0 BEFORE APPLYING PATCH
