I haven't posted any media in awhile so I'll throw this up.
Notice a difference in the reload sounds? Normally there is one and its used weather the pistol is empty and the slide back or when just changing the mag. Its one of my biggest pet peeves about stalker.
Now there are two reload sounds. One for empty that has the slide sound and the other for a partial reload that doesn't have the slide sound.

Since the sourcecode for Clear Sky leaked, have you thought of looking into it?
Thats what allowed the two reload sounds :)
The Russians already have a group looking into SOC and there's another group looking into CS. Mostly just to fix bugs and epitomize the game engine for newer hardware.
Great thing! Before it was possible only with injection mods like Shoker or Gunslinger. Very nice addition.
Very, very cool! Will the revealed source code make it possible to simulate having a bullet in the chamber when changing mags? I think Gunslinger has this already, but it would be neat to see it in other mods that aren't years behind release.
Was going to ask about grass shadows.. Thats one of the better looking features to lost alpha. I understand why they had to cut it though, its probably brutal on older hardware. It'll be an awesome feature though.
As for the pistols. AWESOME! I foresee a line of automatic pistols coming. If I can find models. Glock 18 is easy, looks like an 17 from the outside.
Maybe u take a look into the mod armory overhaul for some stuff.
