Head looks fine to me. It's probably just the angle of the shot.
Could be as this does have perspective and is a bit of a low shot (compared to how most people view everyone else :P).
on the left it looks large but on the right it looks fine so I'm guessing it's just not a flattering shot of the guy ;) very nice bake/low poly, really compliments the great sculpt on this guy. Jiggle bones on the bag possibly?

Nicely optimized model, is the bag part of the model or it is an attachement? Would be nice if you add cloth physics to it.
