It's a reference to the fact that Peter Molyneux, real life game developer, over promises on nearly all of his games which fall short. Not bad, but nowhere near as good as was promised.

No, no, in the context it's actually pretty funny. I didn't know who the hell Peter Molyneux was, so I didn't get the joke. The name was actually suggested in the forums.
It was because his most succesful game series, Fable, takes place in a land called Albion XD
