it's not working, in the options only have to win 7 and Xp , i have win 8, there is any form to make this work on my OS ?

okay the launcher appears now, and an error notification appears and says more or less this: An error occured in the graphics engine, try to downgrade the resolution, and requires DirectX 9 adpter.And I tried to downgrade my resolution, and nothing, downloaded the directX 9 adapter, and nothing(i hate win8 haha), can you help me out ?
Set all graphic option to max.
Download Direct X Redist package from MS. Windows 8 and up doesn't have complete DX 9 support. That's why most games always install sn DX redist package to make sure you have all needed DX files form DX 8.1 to DX 11. DX 12 i shipped with Windows 8 and up.

Over 4 Gb in a single download, any chance for someone to reupload this in smaller file sizes such as 500MB split archives?
I'm glad there is a standalone version available since I don't own Max Payne 2 either, and I like The Punisher, been waiting for a sequel to the 2005 game that had been released on Xbox, PS2 and Windows PC, but so far there had been no other developments after that commercial failure of "The Punisher: No Mercy" on PS3.
Split archives can cause errors, data loss and similar problems, so we decided not to practice this method of delivery. Torrent alas also gave a bad result, so forgive me.
I don't mean that you have to or should reupload them, I'm asking if anyone else that already had downloaded if they can re-upload it in split volume archives instead. I lack the bandwidth to actually download over any single file that is over 2GB.
Such as reuploaded into may a cloud service like Google Drive or OneDrive for example is what I meant, if it cannot be uploaded as split volumes here.
