The trailer showed some promise. But playing it just made me forget about that.
It was bad. As simple as that.
And here's the last of the bad things i found playing through:
-Over flood of MS Paint textures, There's lots of template on the net of real good blood effects for paint shop or photo shop.
-Lots of models are messed up in the vertices. and its not the rigging im talking about here.
But lets take bulls eye for example, his back head is really messed.
Franks face has holes different places. Also saw it on the shoulders. So you can see straight through him.
-You changed some sounds from one of the gameplay video's to even worse. Example the shotgun.
The Deagle and colts has very weak sounds compared to the beretta.
-The knife animation sucks and you cant hit anything with it.
Good things:
-Some weapon models are pretty cool, though the uzi's are still too big. And silver pointed that out at the very first time you posted them so its dissapointing to see you didnt scale them:)
-Alot of variety on enemy skins. Here you never see the same skin twice every character has **** load of skins and thats pretty cool! Though its a bit excessive and heavy.
-The secondary weapon thing is working pretty good, though it needs some tweaks for weapons that doesnt have secondary's :)
So there's alot of tweaking to do before you can call this a punisher mod, cause so far its just vanilla max. I didnt see many changes to any gameplay stand point. But your still learning so im sure you guys can do it :)

My first experience with this mod was kinda strange. At first I was very confused of the menu design. I started the game as "The Punisher" and it loaded the new level(which is very ugly but I take it as a first try in mapping). Erm, I didn't know what to do and died a few times till I gave up (very frustated) and started the original game (MP2 Story).
Upper East Side Apartments (my favourite). The new HUD is kinda cool but very confusing and not clearly arranged and was stretched. Played the first part of the level and thought, OK. This is a beta.Pre-Beta IMO. I remembered the mentioned execution system and pressed use on an enemy. A message showed up on screen which said i should press one of the specific buttons. The game turned to bullet time and Frank shot the enemy with the forward selected weapon(no matter which button I pressed), but with a very strange animation. Most of the anims look strange, especially the knife hit/kill. Then I found the cheats (DOOM FTW) and had a look at all the weapons. Really nice, but some sounds don't fit and the IMI UZI is way tooooo big. I lold alot about the size. Flamethrower model is ugly. (I would love an ALIENS like model (The second movie with the colonial marines)). I switched through the player models/npcs and the model selection is awesome but as Anderson mentioned, they're messed up (big holes 'n' ****). What I really like is the secondary weapon feature but it needs alot optimisation (like fitting reload anims for GL and shotgun). After all I'm really looking forward to play the final release with all its promised features and alot optimisation.

Models definitly needs more work,especially Punishers Models and also Blood Texture Anims Color doesnt fit the normal Blood Decals.

Some Menu Elements are looking cool,also the New Font.
But like when loading Level the Level Preview Picture is in the Loading Screen,could be more enhanced.
Gameplay 4/5
Gameplay is really funny,especially the Fight with Bullseye was cool,but needs more work too,just like Bullys Eye should throw Knifes,and also that he dont always Dodges when Bullet hits him,u should do a Hit System for him.
Everything in all,its a really cool Mod,and i think it really deserves to be Played,but to make it Epic it definitly needs more work.

The gun models are really great. But the problem is the HUD sucks. And the bullet time sucks too. And the coder cheat doesn't work with the mod. If i would rate the mod from the scale of 1 to 10, i think i would give it a 5.

You need this mod? It's simple. All you want, just wait release,and when it released, you can download it.
I know how to use cheat code,simple
Run the Game with none selected
and then choose the level you want to play,press"~"key,enter the cheat code you want(for example:coder).and save it.
Open Max Payne 2 again,with This mod,weapons it's all there
but not have M4A3 and Flamethrower(Even you can found it at gameplay,but clound't unlimited the ammo)
