You are Jakob Daniels, a resistance member who is tasked with protecting Dr. Mossman who was sent north from White Forest to acquire the combine launch codes. You know the urgency of this mission, you have heard that the portal the Combine are creating has the potential to end the war between the humans and the Universal Union once and for all. And it would end in the extinction of the human race. You don't know exactly where you are heading, only that it is in a cold and snowy environment, as we are provided equipment suitable for the climate. You don't know much about what Dr. Mossman is looking for either, it seems kind of strange we're looking for Combine launch codes in an area where the Combine have showed no interest. None the less, you trust the Doctor knows what she's doing. As your helicopter descends into a ravine, you see a stone building, and next to it, a large ship in the side of a iceberg. Near the end of the ship on the hull, you see the word "Borealis..."

This is a screenshot of EP2. Using this to showcase your mod, it's like you're showing off Valve property as your own....

I originally had this on the showcase because when I first released the mod as upcoming, it had no content. Also, my mod is DIRECTLY tied into this exact event in the story. I do not take credit for this, this is a mod, many of valves original models and mechanics will be used in the game. When you release a mod on this platform, you must provide at least five pictures of it first. So I found and created 5 that were directly related to the story. I am now currently working on new pictures that are mine to put in the showcase. Although your concern is appreciated, I'm always happy to see criticism as it shows people care enough to tell you ways to make your content better. And I'm not being sarcastic or rude, that was a serious statement.

Also, I plan on adding a scene where the player briefly sees her in this moment, so it still very relevant.
