The Plutonian Empire is an empire that has conqured the Universe. This Stellaris mod tells the story of the Plutonian Empire's first centuries as an interstellar empire, with the Earth's biosphere collapse in 2184 still relatively fresh in the collective memories of the Plutonian people. In TPE Canon, the Empire entered an isolationist phase lasting a few millennia, before actually reaching out into the galaxy; but I didn't want to change the game start year so I could preserve mod compatibility with other mods. NOTE: This mod REQUIRES that you downgrade your version of Stellaris to 2.5.1!!! Do not play with newer versions of Stellaris, or this will cause a crash!!!
