𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗺: 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 is a real-time strategy game launched in 2020 by 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗮𝗻. It is a standalone mod which uses the 𝗧𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗻 engine to recreate combat operations during the Vietnam War. Taking nearly 20 years to finish, the non-profit game puts players in command of American or Vietnamese soldiers in a deadly array of battlefields. The game features hundreds of units in dozens of authentic Vietnam maps. The game runs on all PCS and laptops and can be downloaded free online via the game's Facebook page.

Description

The DMZ, called I Corps by the US Military and the 'Dead Marine Zone' by Gyrenes, saw some of the heaviest fighting during the Vietnam War.

Two well-trained and professional armies, the US Marine Corps and the People's Army of Vietnam, frequently clashed over farms, hills, valleys, peaks and swamps.

Here's a tribute to the many brave Marines who gave the ultimate sacrifice up in the 'Z.
